​Paediatric SALT – Weekend work (x5 candidates required)

Registration Required: HCPC Registration

Experience: CYP competent SLTs/SLTAs (with suitable supervision) with current of all activity to be overseen by Band 7 Therapist.

Location: Watford/Stevenage

Hours: Weekends 08:30-17:00 – 1hr lunch unpaid

Pay: £45 per hour

Role:

Assess and treat each child.

Depending on type of referral expected to have

4, 6 or 10 interventions.

Expected age range 2.5 – 11 years.

Initial assessment. Set a plan for the child.

SLT books follows up as required.

Once child is ready to be discharged, the SLT should book

an empty slot the following week to complete all discharge

reports and paperwork.

Number of patients agreed: 5 appointments per clinic day.
